Physiotherapy
During your initial appointment we will observe how your body moves and functions. We look at your joints, muscles and ligaments. We will explain what we find and discuss a treatment plan with you. Our treatments include manual therapy, soft tissue release, dry needling as well as exercises to help restore optimal movement in your body.

If this is your first visit to LM Therapies please select either the ‘Initial Assessment’ or ‘New Client’ option when booking in for your first treatment with us. You will then be sent a short form via email to complete asking you to provide some personal details, along with any relevant medical conditions and/or previous injuries you may have experienced. This information is stored in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Please give as much notice as possible to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid charges. If you cancel your appointment with less than 4 hours notice or do not attend, you will be charged the full treatment amount.
